Saving and Sharing Issues

I am using my surface pro 3 windows 8.1 OS and i am having problems saving my app after completion to a .apk file.

i clicked on projects, then click on export selected project (.aia) to my computer but nothing happen and i also tried click on build the click on App(save .apk to my computer and nothing happen.

how can i save my projects to .apk file and share once saved?
