What forum members know about using Bluetooth with AI2 is here  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/bluetooth .

You did not show any images of your code blocks using a screen capture (jpg or png) so how can anyone hope to respond to your questions?

What are you trying to do with bluetooth?  Communicate with an Arduino or something else?   Be aware that if you change screens in your app while you are using Bluetooth that is on Screen1 and change to screen2 perhaps, you will lose the bluetooth connection.  The app has to remain on the bluetooth screen or the connection will fail; that is the way AI2 works with bluetooth.

You have three questions; each of which is a big problem.  Solve one of them at a time by dividing your app into small pieces (perhaps separate projects)  and testing them.  When the separate parts work, combine them into a single project.

Try some blocks, then ask again.

3. Bluetooth Do not ask directly open the Bluetooth solution how to decide?
--
select Yes

--
Sorry, you misunderstood, I was going to design an open APP automatically turn on Bluetooth, do not have to ask the picture function, the way it is there never the solution?

--
You cannot do that with App Inventor.  You CAN call the device's settings screens so the user can turn it on.

--
Currently using App Inventor device's settings only as JPG picture above, I do not directly set to turn on Bluetooth.

--
I was going to design an open APP automatically turn on Bluetooth,I see others APP can not be asked to turn on Bluetooth straight, I do not know whether it can be done MIT AI2.

--
As I said above, you can't do that with App Inventor directly.  You have to invoke the external device settings.

How to enable Bluetooth (User still needs to confirm)
