If all three navigations buttons are in the same row, then it gives a far better and elegant look to the website as same can be seen in the attached screenshot.I have created a Pull Request regarding the same. May please review and merge it.

thanks for your PR. I don't quite get it, though. I see the three
navigation menus in the same row with no changes. Can it be a
resolution or a screen size issue?
Also note that when you fix the size of the menus, the 'Create apps'
button gets pushed into two lines (in your screenshot).
I don't know if making sizes fixed is the best way to go with this.
