E possível alterar a cor da aba superior (tanto cor do texto quanto cor de fundo) , aquela em que ficam os títulos das telas (por exemplo: Screen 1)?

It is not possible to change the Title Bar background color or text color with App Inventor.     You can remove it entirely using third-party tools but not with AI.
