ERROR: The new .apk was not generated due to errors

I am using 4.0 A2M windows 7

When i want to creat the .apk i get ERROR: The new .apk was not generated due to errors

but when i try it with the sample it works just fine

please help me

ps.: i am not using any special letters

And do i realy have to start with the 'for.windows batch' file or can i start the jar. Because the batch diesent work it say it dosent know what cmd java means ^^?

If the file association is set up,  You can just start up the jar file

I also have this problem, but as the message does not specify thecause of the error, I do not know what can be wrong with my application. Any suggestions?
