How do i put label inside the pic which has a box ?

An option is to use canvas with sprites

Another option is to use image or button (with background image) which has the the text that you want.
sorry i don't really understand . Because im a beginner in app inventor. What do you mean ??

You can also just use a Canvas that has the background image which contains the text as part of the image.
