Where is the apk file stored after a build?

Where is the 'apk' file saved to after a build? Can't find it anywhere on my PC.

if you use Build - Apk (save apk to my computer) it usually will be saved in your Download directory, see also Packaging & Sharing Apps

Thanks for the response. It still not creating it ANYWHERE on my PC. I even tried using another browser. Both browser complete the build without error, but no file is created...

is this happening only for a specific project?

start a new project, drag a button inside and build it. Does it work?
