Drag and drop not working.

I am on an android phone and I am unable to drag and drop the designer components (the program blocks work fine).

That is normal.  You cannot develop AI2 apps with a device that does not have a mouse (or other pointing) hardware device.  AI is designed to use with PCs.  It is possible to develop using a Tablet that has a mouse .  It is very impractical to even think about using a phone to create the app ( it does not have a mouse ;  its screen is very small compared to a normal laptop/PC screen making the blocks very difficult to read and manipulate.)

You need a laptop or desktop PC.  Developing on anything else, even it a mouse is available, is not very practical.
