we need to use it to drop objects and change its parents 
because as you know the screen is so hard to deal with 
or they just should give us more flexibility inside the screen by making objects in it smaller till we make what we want
then turn it to the actual shape at the end

What you are probably referring to are App Inventor's screen layout controls and the objects used on the screen.  There are no plans to change how they work in the immediate future.  In fact, it appears fscreen layout is about to get considerably more complicated as AI2 migrates for Android API 3 to API4  to support Tablet devices and high end phones based on the current experimental versions of AI2 under test.

Users deal with the inadequacy of AI2's present layout tools in various ways.   Here are links to solutions and problems.. perhaps something here will amelioriate your difficulty in using the controls available. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/screen$20layout         Significantly better layout tools are available in the free Eclipse and Android Studio professional compilers that use the Java programming language.    Layout is significantly better with those tools, however, most new developers find them very difficult to use.
