im a medicine student from Brazil (with barely average english skills) and im trying to make a very simple app to share a few protocols and student-to-student guides, but i cant find any tutorial or guides, please, can someone help me? that would help several students and patients in my region!

There are no simple apps, all require some basic programming skills.
You want to share "a few protocols" and student to student guides. Do you mean documents and tutorials?
Information can be shared using AI2 in two ways; the information can be located all on the device and/or it can be located on an Internet server and viewed by users. What you do
is limited by what types of information you need to share, whether that information constantly requires editing and other things.
With AI2 you can share text files, html files and with a little more difficulty pdf files. Can you give us an example of what you want to share and how the information would be used. That information would help someone provide specific advice for your interesting medical project.

It would be up to you to find (or build) the various web articles and
to build their descriptions and categories and links into a csv table
specific for you application.
Once you understand this, you can expand it to use a Fusion Table
instead of the csv table, and let your compatriots submit rows with new content.
