How to make Webview Scroll both horizontally and vertically

I have been searching a lot , but yet found a workable one.

Tried this but cannot be loaded due to component too old and the convertor showed error message

In the case of a Mobile Website it is not possible, since the Viewer would also constitute the page as possible, undistorted.

But if you open a Computer Version of the Website in the web Viewer, you can swipe vertically but also horizontally.

There is a possibility that the desired site is displayed automatically in the Computer Version, but this function is depending on the site different.

Try this:

Put a webviewer inside a horizontal scrolling arrangement

HSA 200px x 200px

Make webviewer height the same as the arrangement - 200px

Make the webviewer width 4 x the width of the arrangement - 800px

Webpage should then scroll both ways
