Scrollable Arrangments

I’am creating an app with a top bar, but when I scroll down the top bar goes away. I can only scroll the whole screen. In app Inventor 1 was a scrollable arrangment. I thought maybe anyone could make an extension that we can use to have scrollable arrangments for great apps.

there is no need to use the extension test server anymore
