can some one do that for me? (simple list)

i want to make a small app just for exemple to my students.

i have 4 pictures of animals

4 animals sound files

2 buttons (next / back)

when the user click (next button) i want the app to change background of screen to tiger (for exemple) and make play the sound of that animal

and when the user click (next button) for second time the app change background of screen to cat and make play the sound of cat. and the same with other animals

in that order : 1- tiger 2- cat 3- elephant 4- lion

when the user click (back button) he goes back to the last background

and i want to use one screen

so is there any one who can do that for me?. the aia file of project is in attachments

But I really do not want that I move on the screen,

arrows are just two buttons to change the background to look as if the screen has changed with the right sound for the image 

What I want to do is to  create a list of images and sounds and make the buttons controlling the operation of the appropriate images and sounds from the list

as you see in block in attachments i can do that with one background and one sound but how can do that with lots of backgrounds and sounds by same button?

You will not find a tutorial, which does exactly what you are looking for. But doing the tutorials (not only reading a little bit) help you to understand, how things are working. This is important and this is the first step to do.
