issues with menu bar

i want to do a menu bar and make it visible on all screens. Is it possible on appinventor ? and if yes how can i do it ?

It depends on what you mean by a menu bar.     App Inventor has no drop down menu.  You can use a ListView but would need it on all screens.    The forum members recommend NOT using multiple screens but to use virtual screens.  If you do that, you need only a single menu that you construct from blocks.

Sure, you can make a menu bar (using a HorizontalArrengment), but you have to make the bar extra for each screen.
