hi, i made an online radio app to connect to my shoutcast server but it only works with wifi, need help on the code to also use cellular data please. thank you.

When you say "[your] shout cast server" is this a server you are running on your home network? If so, you would need to make an allowance in your firewall rules for the service to be accessible on a network other than your home wifi. Can you connect from other Wifi end points, such as a school or friend's house?

hi, i got a runing server on internet open to the public, my problem is when i finished my app with mit ai2 its only working with any wifi and its not using my cellular conection, its bypassing 3g/4g to only work with wifi.

Are both your phone's WIFI and Data settings turned on? You phone is possibly preferentially using WIFI over data. WIFI is almost always preferred over 3G and usually over 4G. This may be an Android settings configuration issue. Perhaps turn WIFI off manually and try again. You mayl achieve your desired response.
If this 'guess' is not the case, you might display the code where you communicate with the server in an image and post the logic here.
