How do I get the RGB code of a labels's background-color?

My problem is: there is a label on the screen, and the label's background-color always changes. I need the RGB code of the current background-color of the label, because I would like to write it on the screen. Please, help me! How do I get the RGB code of a label's current background-color?

And one more question: I used 'split color' and now I have the RGB code of the label's current background-color. But what if I want to write the red, the green and the blue values separated, so all of these 3 in another label? How to do that?
