Setting variable from text in webviewer

I'm able to select the text inside the webviewer element. How would I go about storing that text as a variable instead of bringing up the copy paste menu?

then I don't think, that you can store that text directly

you could copy it to the clipboard and use the clipboard extension https://puravidaapps.com/clipboard.php to copy it into a variable
