I am trying to retrieve data from my fusion table but this error keeps popping up. The API is already enabled. Is there anything else that can cause this problem?

Also, this error pops up as well.
403 Forbidden daily limit for unauthenticated use exceeded. Continued use requires signup.
But, we have already assigned the API key
use the service account method, see Pizza Party with Fusion Tables for App Inventor 2 how to setup everything
