how to operate ai2 without right click?

I have the HP Slate 21 desktop, which is a 21 inch tablet running Android 4.4.2, with a USB connected mouse. I am unable to use this for App Inventor work, because it interprets the right click of the mouse as a left click. Is there any way to fix this?
