Como colocar um comentário nos Blocos? (How do I put a comment on the Blocks?)

Hello guys ! In other languages programs have put comments to identify each one, routine procedure, parts of code. Commenting can tell you what a procedure executes or whatever it returns it returns. How can I put a comment on the Blocks?
