Tools for working with Time Zone not found

I am trying to program a Sideral Local Time Clock.

For doing that, I need to know the UCT first.  That means to substract the time zone diference from clock1.now instant.

I am doing it, taking the information from .now using the format "Z" to get the time zone.  But it is not easy and not elegant.

Or, I couldnt find an elegant way to do it.

I think, that functions to manipulate clocks time zone should be added to the clock sensor element.

You now, an easy way to get the time zone and do things with it.
