Companion App is out of date

Hi there- I'm completely new to AI. When I run the emulator on my windows 7 computer, I get a message saying that my companion app is out of date. I download the updated version, follow instructinos, click reset connection, and then get the same message. Any advice on what I'm missing?



Try    Connect > Hard Reset.....       a pop up should appear.   Follow the instructions on the pop up.   This should update Companion on the emulator.     Did it?

If not, return and ask again, there are other possibilities, but this works 90% of the time.
