test/verify security and accessibility compliance

Anyone know how security and accessibility compliance work in MIT App Inventor? I'm trying to get approval to use a phone app that I made using this software, and I need to explain how this works in broad strokes.

See your other question  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/mitappinventortest/1XldWdFF-EI .

App Inventor is a learning tool intended for  teaching and demonstrating Android coding/programming concepts.
The terms of service mentioned in the above link indicate:

By creating and storing apps on the MIT App Inventorserver you represent and warrant that you are the owner and creator of the apps, (i) that you have the authority to authorize MIT to store the apps on the MIT App InventorServer and (ii) you will use the apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You, and not MIT, are solely responsible for your apps and your use of them.

Apps created with AI2 can provide features that may be useful for the disabled, however only the tools are provided.   A developer must use them to create an appropriate app and if he/she wants it to be compliant probably has to demonstrate that on their own.  AI2 is not a professional compiler although it does have many features of the sophisticated compilers.   It is not intended to use it to make commercial apps though some developers do use it for prototyping or providing simple products.

Have you read 508 in its entirety?    So, how does security and accessibility work in an AI2 app?    AI2 apps are not advertised as 508 compliant, so AI2  Apps probably are not is a  reasonable first assumption.

In addition to the last post, this  search on 508 software compliance ....

                        may help.
