How to send a HTML formular via MITai2

I am trying to make an App out of an website. This website does contain a contact formular which POSTs the data to https://www.formular-chef.de/Formular-Chef.cgi. Now I wonder how I could send the formular via my app. I know that the Web-Component is able to POST but I've tried a bit and it didn't work.
It would be very kind of you if you could help me.
