Quiz using checkbox

Hi there!! I'm starting using App inventor 2 and I'd like to make a multiple choice quiz using checkbox (I attach screenshot).
I think it must be easy to build but I don't know how I can make the lists of questions and answers so that they have a correspondence, how to build the blocks to make the check button work, etc.
I would appreciate any comments. Thanks!!!

You should consider doing the tutorials to learn proper programming techniques:  http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/tutorials.html   and read the free online ebook about AI2  before proceeding (   http://www.appinventor.org/book2  )    AI2 apps are not easy to build unless you have learned how to program with AI2 blocks.  The tutorials and the book will make you an expert in no time.  Designing a screen is relatively easy, learning how to use the blocks takes effort, trial and error and patience.
