Table saving and opening value

It's my first time asking here and I'm kinda new to Appinventor. Anyways, I'm trying to make a table, where the person would enter text in certain text boxes, check certain check boxes and select items in certain spinners... But, I can't get it to save the data input between applaunches and retrieve it later. Any help? Thanks in advance! (I've created a .apk file and tried it on my phone) If you need any more information, just ask! :D

You will not find a tutorial, which does exactly what you are looking for. But doing the tutorials (not only reading a little bit) help you to understand, how things are working. This is important and this is the first step to do.
