New to this software with a question

Hello group members, I am new to this program and developing apps in general.

I am trying to adjust the size of my buttons to the width of my phone screen, not just keep them as small buttons. Is this possible, and if so how is this done? The idea is to achieve a list view of buttons that can be selected.

To get a listing of 'buttons' that can be selected, however, you might try a ListPicker control.
