The first block i have is the one that says When button2 click do. Inside of that is the block call WebViewer1. Go To Url url then it has the the first block you see in procedures.

You probably will get more feedback then...
To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...
a correct URL must start with http:// or https://
