You could have searched in the forum using the Search for topics box to the right of the colorful google at the top of this page with the terms zoom image and found your solution.
For the text... if the text is in a label, then set label1.Font from 14, the default value, to a larger number to zoom in or a smaller integer number to zoom out.
If you use a WebViewer or an ActivityStarter you can also zoom in/out with pinches/grabs if the image you want in presented as an image as a resource and you can point to it.
Try some blocks.

You have to add a webviewer to your project in the designer first.
