Bug: Component Names not scrubbed for commas

A recent post by a user exposed a failure to scrub component names

in the Designer.  Embedded commas in component names 

wreaked havoc downstream.

I would post this on the bug list, but I can't find it.

I posted this as an issue for the dev team to assign.
