How can I create a book app with chapter search option?

I have a book in Word/pdf format and I want to create a book app with search option, where the user can search chapters and sub chapters.

I also want to have "Previous" and "Next" page/chapter.

Can anyone tell me the steps I can follow?

Convert your Word document to html (I believe you can use Word to create an html file) and you can use the tutorial described herehttps://appinventorforfun.wordpress.com/2014/09/29/treasure-island-the-app-an-e-reader-tutorial/  called Treasure Island as a guide.  The tutorial describes a way to make a book using html files with select-able chapters.  Each chapter is a separate html file.  It shows another way using text files.
