Creating a poll

I have been having difficulty as a nonprogrammer to create a simple polling app with view results. Any help?

That sounds like a job for a web site like Google Forms or SurveyMonkey.

Let them do the work, and just point to them via a Web Viewer or Activity Starter.

Or do it as a Fusion Table app.
