I'm using App Inventor 2 for the first time this semester with 8th graders. I've used App Inventor 1 in the past. I'm trying to have them test their No Texting while Driving App, but I can't get a second Emulator to load. Any tricks?

App Inventor isn't set up to have two emulators running on one computer. It might be possible to do some hacking to get it to work, but I don't know how that will interact with the Texting component. I'd suggest testing using the emulator and a real phone (or two real phones). All the second phone needs to do is to send a text message: It doesn't have to be running App Inventor. You can also use Gmail (from any browser) to send a text.
