Playing Video: MIT Appinventor vs Thunkable

We have built apps in MIT Appinventor that successfully search the web. As expected launching MITAppinventor on the device we can hear a video (YouTube or Ted) but not see it. However, when using the thunkable app on the device we can see and hear the video. All apps built within the MIT Appinventorenvironment. Are we missing something?

To be able to play Youtube videos in the webviewer, you have to edit the manifest and add android:targetSdkVersion="14" or higher. Thank you Boban!

Thunkable is using a higher targetSdkVersion by default
