Help with image sprite and ball

I have an image sprite with a ball inside.

what I want is that when the ball is out of the image sprite. type a text into a label.

I leave a picture.

green ball that is inside the red and black image sprite out of the blackcircle detects and I write a text on a label.

Tha ball move with oriental sensor.
