Security warning message when downloading Ai2LiveComplete.zip

When I download Ai2LiveComplete.zip, I get the following warning message:  Ai2LiveComplete.zip is malicious and Chrome has blocked it.  Is this a bogus message, or did I just pick a bad download link?
