Emulator issues with "Deep Freeze"

We are using "Deep Freeze" in our school district.  This program resets the settings to a default setting each evening after the students use the computers.  

If "Deep Freeze" is enable, we are having connectivity issues with some of the computers connecting to the emulator.  If we disable "Deep Freeze" the program will connect to the emulator and run the app.

Any suggestions?

Here is what we understand:  Deep Freeze, by Faronics, is an application available for the Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and SUSE Linux operating systems which allows system administrators to protect the core operating system and configuration files on a workstation or server by restoring a computer back to its original configuration each time the computer restarts

So, the obvious solution is to contact  Faronics and ask there.  There is probably some setting that allow the software to ignore certain applications..talk to your IT administrator.
