can I publish an application to Google Play that I made with app inventor?

Hi guys I am ending my application on app inventor but I do not know how to publish it.

Must I export the project (.aia) to my computer or to save .apk to my computer ?

I need to follow different ways to publish my application than the people who use regulary programms to creat the application?
