adding times

Is there a way to subctract time without converting to millis?  Such as from format time from instant and subtrsct another format time from instant....or do ineed to subtract the milliseconds, then format that.  The latter is how myproject currently is, am just looking for a better way.

I am calculating the difference between 2 times



I think, the easiest way is to convert into millis and then do the calculation

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and if there is a way to simplify this.
