Set the pixel amount corretly

Is there any setting i can use to make my app an full-size app on every phone?



Set width and height to "parent."

On the screen (drawing) I've chosen 'fill parent', and I've chosen specific pixels on the color-buttons, because if i choose 'fill parent' on the color-buttons it will look like the picture below. My question is that now i've chosen specific pixels, will it still expand to be a full-size app? If not - then how do I make them like that?

Put them all in a table arrangement...

They are in a table arrangement. So will they expand when a phone with a bigger screen download it?
