No "create" button

The 1st programming tutorial says to get started click on the create button on the home page. There is no button labeled "create". There is a box for starting a new project but it appears to require some, as yet, undefined specific naming requirements.
How does one begin?



Create a new project.  Name can be anything you want but cannot contain spaces and MUST start with a letter...
