parsing

I'm get a problem parsing the package when I try to build?  Can anyone explain? 

I am at the library my router at home quit working.

The library probably has a firewall that inhibits AI2 communication.   You probably can not build apk's at hospitals and most motels and libraries and possibly Internet Cafes depending on their Internet access policies.
