web component : how to allow clickable phone numbers to open dialer

If i use <a href="tel://+xx x xxx xx xx">+xx xxxx xx xx</a> in a web page,

and my app opens this page in web component, how do i allow clicking the link to open the phones'  dialer? (this works in a normal browser on the phone)

Keep in mind these phone numbers and the webpage are not static.

it seems to be, you are talking about a webviewer component

the webviewer is no full browser and something like this is not possible

if you want to make a call, you have to use the PhoneCall component
