Modify this App

I have download this app http://puravidaapps.com/postfile.php

The app and the server work fine. So i can select picture and upload to the server. Anybody could please help me to modify the app. to take a picture from the camera and automaticaly send to the server without using the imgpicker function?

what about using the Camera.AfterPicture event?
