Update app Inventor fusion tables

I have two questions

1 ) People can use update the app inventor ? If so how would ?

I have yet to post blocks

I need something to update my data bank . I use Fusion Table

2 ) You can connect inventor app with PostgreSQL database? If so, what procedure ?

Be aware, AI2 is NOT a professional Android compiler...look at Eclipse or Android Studio if you need something free and are going to work with large databases regularly.
